The website has no forms, accounts or analytics tools, and it does not collect personal data on its own. When you order, we only use what we need to prepare and deliver your order. We never sell data or share it for advertising.

What data we collect
When you visit the website. The server that hosts the site automatically keeps technical logs (IP address, device and browser type, time and page requested). We use them only for security and to keep the site running.
When you order online. Online orders are placed on the platform of our ordering partner (Butler). There you provide your name, phone number, delivery address, notes and payment details. We receive what we need to prepare and deliver your order. The platform's own privacy policy also applies to the data it processes.
When you order by phone. We keep your name, phone number, address and anything you tell us about the order (for example "no sugar").
When you message us on Instagram or review us on Google. Those platforms' policies apply. We only see what you send or publish there.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To fulfil your order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To meet our tax and accounting obligations, such as issuing receipts (Article 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure and working, based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Only those who help us operate, and only as far as needed:
- our website hosting provider, with servers in the European Union,
- our online ordering provider (Butler), for orders placed through it,
- our accountant and the competent authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: for a short period set by the hosting provider.
- Order details: for as long as needed to serve you.
- Tax records: for as long as Greek tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. To use any of these rights, call us on +30 210 807 7100 or visit the café. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
Security
The website runs only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Online payments are handled on the ordering provider's platform. We never see or store card details.
Children
The website is not aimed at children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
